The Geneva-based manufacturer has always been known for small but fine details. However, Rolex has given the collection a small facelift to the successor generation: the dial of the Sky-Dweller in rose gold now has stick indices, and instead of the leather strap, the models have the Rolex-patented Oysterflex bracelet as well as a solid Oyster strap made of 18-karat rose gold. The date disc has also been adapted to the dial; the month display on the younger models is white-red.

The manufacture has used Everrose gold for the Rolex Sky-Dweller. This is a rose gold alloy developed in-house and produced in house. Unlike other rose gold alloys, it does not lose its characteristic colour even after decades of use.

Rolex offers the Sky-Dweller in rose gold with three different dials: Slate Grey, Chocolate Coloured and Deep White. Moreso the chocolate brown with its sunburst finish harmonises perfectly with the finely shimmering rose-coloured tone of the Sky-Dweller.
