Yes, you can order watches from our online shop as usual.
All payment providers offered during checkout are still available to you.
During checkout in the webshop, the locations available for personal pickup will be displayed to you in real-time.
You can still submit your trade-in request online as usual.
Thank you for your order. A cancellation of your order will not be actively initiated by us. We strive to deliver your ordered watch to you promptly.
We will continue to offer your watch for sale as consignment stock in our webshop.
After a sale and the expiration of the buyer’s statutory return period, we will proceed with the payout to you.
After returning from the manufacturer’s workshop, the watches will be regularly released for sale in our webshop.
Insurance coverage remains in full effect, both at our locations and during transportation.
Watches for which repair services have been commissioned with us are either repaired by our in-house service center or, after consultation with the owner, at the manufacturer’s workshop.
The processing times are currently unchanged.
After your watch is completed, it will be returned to our service center and then delivered to you.
